Qigong is the age-old art of moving into a flow state. It is meditation in movement. In qigong the most important aspect is the breath (which contains the life-force, Qi). Qigong has been developed ages ago by Taoistic masters in China, based on our own body-mind energetic system. Basically, everyone can invent his/her own qigong. In our qigong workshops or sessions it is not about learning formalized qigong. It is about rediscovering your own qigong by accessing your own energetic system as it is now. Qigong is a self-healing intervention, for instance in cases of anxiety, depression, fear or stress, certain ways of qigong can help to unwind the body and soul and to reach again the state of equilibrium.
